Our technicians average 25–35 hours per week, with:

Weekday availability between 8 AM and 5 PM.
After training, team members typically earn $24–$30 per hour.
Weekly earnings averaging $500–$1,073, plus tips.

Motivated team members can advance into trainer and leadership positions while earning additional bonuses.

Requirements

Availability: Must be available Monday–Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Consistent weekday availability is essential.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 20 lbs and comfortably stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform residential cleaning duties throughout the workday.
Communication: Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Work Ethic: Must be dependable, motivated, receptive to training, and committed to providing quality service.
