Advocates Against Family Violence
Advocates Against Family Violence, an informal group that supports domestic violence survivors, are hosting an event to bring awareness about domestic violence in the Treasure Valley. Many families have been directly impacted by domestic violence and it has affected the mental health and well-being of these families. Scrub ‘N Bubbles Cleaning is proud sponsor this incredible event.
Our goal for this upcoming event is to create awareness in our community by inviting guests to attend this event.
Event takes place on the evening of April, 25, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Nampa Civic Center. There will be special guests speakers, music by local artists, snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.
Our goal is to come together in solidarity to empower victims and their families, encourage hope and healing, and to learn from one another how to prevent violence within families of the Treasure Valley. We are a vulnerable community and it takes all to help support those who have been victims of domestic violence.
We hope you will join us by sponsoring and/or donating to our event, by hosting a resource booth at the event, $200.00 will secure your spot and give you the opportunity to spotlight your businesses products and services.
All proceeds will help support two local organizations that help others free of charge in our community. Advocates Against Family Violence and Life Story Ministry. You can find out more about these organizations by visiting: www.aafvhope.org.
The Fundraiser Car Wash
As a small business Scrub ‘N Bubbles donates between $300-$500/month worth of cleaning to cancer patients and other qualifying clients. Being a small business, this is all we can afford to give at this time and still remain a strong, healthy company.
The ability to offer a service that truly makes a difference in people’s lives when there is so little that can be done to help, has given our little cleaning business a meaning much bigger than just house cleaning.
These free cleanings deeply feed the spirit of our company. The purpose of this car wash is to raise funds to allow us to add more patients. The need is huge and we want to do more.
These funds will go directly to crews wages. They are NOT donations to the non profit “Cleaning For a Reason”. We continue to donate to that cause while adding even more!
